Welcome to Long Sutton’s 49th Flower Festival. 

 

The festival always falls in the midst of the Easter season and the tremendous flowers give vibrant emphasis with colour, design and glory during this season when we celebrate Christ’s glorious Resurrection.

Our dedicated and imaginative Flower Team have chosen an exciting theme of “Opposites”.   We have the opportunity to enjoy dramatic differences through the colour, beauty, form and design of flowers.  Please enjoy God’s glory and take the opportunity to pray.

As you enjoy the beautiful flowers and magnificent church building do be aware of the faith and prayer which inspires not only the wonderful flower displays but also the daily worship which takes place here in St Mary’s.

 

Take time to remember the first disciples who saw their Risen Lord after his Resurrection at Easter before they received His Holy Spirit at Pentecost.   May you experience the living Risen Christ in your life.
